Payment, Pricing & Payout Policy for Alternative Payments (Gift Cards, Paysafecard & Skrill)

Pricing & Payments

1. Prices include adjusted service and transaction fees and may be higher than direct PayPal payments.

2. We prefer the use of German paysafecard vouchers and Skrill.

3. In addition to existing products, other gift cards are now supported.

4. These gift cards can only be paid out or refunded via paysafecard or Skrill.

Paysafecard & Regional Rules

1. German paysafecard vouchers are required for all EU purchases.

2. EU paysafecard vouchers from other countries (excluding Germany) are only accepted if technically processable and incur a €5 system fee to cover currency conversion and platform charges.

3. Paysafecard vouchers purchased outside the EU may not be processable.

4. If a non-EU paysafecard code can be successfully processed, a €5 service and transaction fee still applies.

5. If a code cannot be processed, it will not be redeemed, the balance remains unused, and the transaction is declined.

6. Please ensure that your paysafecard vouchers have sufficient balance before purchase.

Leftover Balance & Payouts

1. Excess balance payouts are available via German paysafecard vouchers or Skrill.

2. Payouts are only issued if the remaining credit is €6 or more.

3. A €1 transaction fee applies to all payouts.

4. Excess balance below €6 is considered a tip (gratuity) and will not be paid out.

5. Special Payout Agreements (Below €6)

6. If a buyer requests a payout with less than €6 remaining balance, the amount may be handled only by mutual agreement, for example:

7. Exchange for other items (e.g. Steam Gifts), or

8. Alternative handling agreed upon by both parties

9. PayPal payouts are no longer the default payout method and may only be used if explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

10. Currency conversion and system fees may significantly reduce the final payout.

11. All payout or exchange agreements must be confirmed by both parties before processing.

• Transaction and service fees apply once a transaction is completed and are not open to dispute afterward.
